Similar problems can occur with anti-Trojan or anti-spyware tools. The incorrect detection may be due to heuristics or to an incorrect virus signature in a database. This is called a 'false positive', used when anti-malware tools wrongly classify an innocuous (inoffensive) file as a virus. Note: Some antivirus / antispyware programs as well as web browsers flag RemoveWGA as being infected/malware, although the application is perfectly safe and does not pose a threat to your system.
